The yogi in Bangkok stays mainly in the sidewalk when it suddenly stops going

The yogi in Bangkok stays mainly on the sidewalk when it drops into oblivion/pot holes

The yogi in Bangkok stays on the sidewalk somehow even when it twists up and around thru crazy stairs/the mall

Or like when smoke-fire goes in your eye..

Three days in Chiang Mai and wandering Lost.. illness, disorientation, discouragement the cost. Giving up on The Dream now and Thai yoga massage never seen.. certainly not.

Obstacles-distractions underway and at one point I'm told Teachers only tell True Medicine to the Thai.. you're welcome to train like a Tourist over that way, though..

And the Yoga Teacher in town, too! He is in a Trance to leave for Trekking tonight and Don't let the Door hit you on the way out.. Definitely Do-not.

But further Down the Rabbit hole I Happened upon a Side street of sorts with a Sunny little school. Therein lies a very special Sound..

But she is Thai

We like Crystals and flowers

We light insense and candles 

We set up intentions 

We offer up vibrations 

Could easily bust out spells and incantations..

But mostly we just notice things about the world.

Hi Chadd and Rikk,

I know my plans have been up in the air but it turns out that I am traveling to Thailand in April. :)) I am planning on doing a certification in the foundation of Thai Massage at the Thai Massage School of Thailand in Chiang Mai which is also in Thailand.

I am leaving like a stealth ninja in the night on April 3rd or 6th. I know it is short notice but I like to think of this as my teaching sabbatical. In fact here is the away message that I wrote for people who email me while I'm gone

After my travels to the Orient, I plan on gypsy-scouting around for a while before continuing on to do work exchange and retreats in Mexico. So sadly yes it is true.. I will be out of the office through June.

Seriously though you guys: I have had an amazing year with you. Sorry for blasting my inappropriate gangsta music the whole time. It was just a phase I was going through.

I truly hope you will have me back when I return in July. Thank you for putting up with me and giving this sometimes Short-Bus Special girl a name and a place to feel nurtured. From the bottom of my heart, you guys are a Sparkle Yogini's home base.
